I'm very happy to have given my voice in English to a sweet Brazilian character in the Dutch Film "Circus Noël". How do you prepare for a recording session? I like drinking something warm and then I clean my nose with saline solution and brush my teeth - it does make a difference! Medical Recordings in Brazilian Portuguese
I've been doing a lot of medical recordings lately, with scripts full of technical terms and acronyms. In these cases, it's really important to get a Pronunciation Guide from the client, so we know how they want these terms to be pronounced (in Portuguese or English, acronyms as one word or single letters, etc). In some cases, audio references can be really helpful as well. A good pronunciation guide makes everything easier and avoids unecessary retakes later. . . . #pronunci
